·         1) Payment: FFDLC, Irrevocable, transferable, confirmed by the prime bank, assignable and 100% payment at sight Letter Of Credit.
2) Procedures: We follow strictly the procedures as given in our offer letter. We give offer on normal inquiry with out even the LOI.
In case the commissions is required, by Brokers, for more than US$ 1 PMT, it will be share 50% by the seller as he has to look after the commission, PG Bond and the commission on FPA and taxes. In the remaining 50% we share equally with the agent which means you get 25% of the enhanced price.
3) Delivery: First shipment within 30-45 days from date of receiving the letter of Credit, fully workable and acceptable by Sellers bank.
4) POP IS ONLY  against non-operative LC
5) P.G. Bond: 2% on L/C face value, revolving.
6) We follow the procedures as laid down in UCP-500 with a little change that we do not give the contact address of the seller in the Draft Contract which will only be a skeleton draft contract and once the buyer signs and returns, we issue final contract.
7) In case of non-transferable LC, add US$ 2 to the basic price and for revolving LC it will be US$ 5 PMT more on the basic price.
8) Minimum order is of 12,,500 MT or its multiple.
9) In case of order  more than 500,000 MT, the price will be offered on the receipt of LOI, BCL and payment terms which will be in any case less than the price for 500 K MT
 
8) PB is given only on orders 25,000 MT and above.
