·         BASE PRICES SUGAR ICUMSA-45:– Due to frequent change in the prices by the sugar suppliers, it is not possible to post the price here.
However, we shall quote the prices on request.
please quote your quantity, payment terms, monthly shipment and destination port, commission required and we will glad to give you the soft quote.

·         1) Payment: FFDLC, Irrevocable, transferable, confirmed by the prime bank, assignable and 100% payment at sight Letter Of Credit.
2) Procedures: We follow strictly the procedures as given in our offer letter. We give offer on normal inquiry with out even the LOI.
In case the commissions is required, by Brokers, have to be added on all above prices, accordingly, it will be share 50% by the seller as he has to look after the commission, PG Bond and the commission on FPA and taxes. In the remaining 50% we share equally with the agent which means you get 25% of the enhanced price.

·         3) Delivery: First shipment within 30-45 days from date of receiving the letter of Credit, fully workable and acceptable by Sellers bank.

·         5) P.G. Bond: 2% on L/C face value, revolving. Please do not ask more than 2% which the seller will not give even by enhancing the price.
) We follow the procedures as laid down in UCP-500 with a little change that we do not give the full contact address of the seller in the Draft Contract which will only be given in the final contact.
7) Minimum order is of 12,,500 MT.
8) In case of order  for 1,000,000 MT or more, the price will be offered on the receipt of LOI, BCL and payment terms.
8) PB is given only on orders 25,000 MT and above.
