1. Buyer confirm soft offer
and issue ICPO with full banking and Company details address
to (Minneftegazstroi Company)
2. Minneftegazstroi Company issues FCO to the Buyer Company.
3. Buyer signs and returns
FCO.
4. Minneftegazstroi Company issues draft contract to Buyer
which is open for amendments
5. Upon agreement of the details on contract,
Minneftegastroi Company register the contract with Russian
Government Oil and Gas Ministry for approval.
6. Buyer and Seller sign Charter Party Agreement with
shipping company.
7. Minneftegazstroi Company Bank notify Buyer bank that the
full POP documents are ready to be swift within 3 Banking
days upon receipt of Buyer LC.
8. Buyer issues Non-transferable LC
